Instead of this:

This spell can lift up to 10kg per power level.

It is a level 2 Psionic Powers spell.

You can cast it at power level 1 (maximum 10).

...say this:

This spell can lift up to 10kg per power level.

It is a level 2 Psionic Powers spell with variable power up to a maximum of 10.

You can cast it at power level 2 (lift 20kg)
