Rob Pearce 5b272b4665 - Fixed bug with jumping off ladders 
- Fixed issue when dropping throughbridges and moving at the same time
- Can no longer climb while slamming/netting
- Modified behaviour of flowertogem powerup
- Level orderis now read from levels.dat
- Editor now handles loading an empty level
- Added sounds for teleportation and entering/exitting water
- Fixed swimming in water behaviour
- Added powerup:  Mace
