- [+] monster with tremorsense can 'hear'

- [+] An uncursed manriki wraps around the hawk.  The hawk falls to the
      ground.
      A black bear comes into view.
      You critically scratch #.  The black bear roars.

- [+] still some entrances overlapping glyphs.
    - [+] genericise checking code in fix_Reachabilty
    - [+] Also: in fix_reachability, disallow linking to cells which:

              as exits.
