a mask

Removed a cheat key which could cause a crash.

Rob Pearce 0fbde13339 - bugfix: Magic wand now only affects monsters which are alive
- bugfix: trampolines now no longer affect monsters

Rob Pearce a41831a134 New setting permenant powerups in setdefaults() based on level, so that
if you join the game after a boss level, you still get the permenant
powerup.
